Controller
The Owner / The Customer who uses the platform to manage their guests' data.
Processor
AiBeautyManager as the data management infrastructure provider.
Scope of Processing
The Processor will process data on behalf of the Controller exclusively within the scope of providing AiBeautyManager's SaaS services.
Processor Obligations
Ensure confidentiality of authorized persons and implement technical and organizational measures appropriate for security.
Security Measures
Data encryption, redundant backup systems, and constant monitoring against unauthorized access.
Sub-processors
The Controller authorizes the use of infrastructure providers (e.g. AWS/Azure) to ensure high service availability.
Data Breach Notification
In case of a breach, AiBeautyManager will notify the Controller within 48 hours of the confirmed event.
