By using the AiBeautyManager software, the user fully accepts the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with account activation.
1. Mission and Subject
AiBeautyManager provides an advanced SaaS suite for operational optimization of Beauty businesses. Use of the platform implies full acceptance of our qualitative and legal standards.
2. Account Security
We use banking security protocols. The user is required to protect their credentials. Any unauthorized access must be reported immediately to our security team.
3. Data Property and Algorithms
While business data remains your property, the learning algorithms and software structure belong to AiBeautyManager. We do not perform data-mining for third-party advertising purposes.
4. SLA and Maintenance
Ensure 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance occurs exclusively during low-traffic hours to not disturb the service.
5. Continuous Evolution
The platform updates monthly with new AI features. Substantial changes to terms will be communicated with 30 days' notice.
Limitation of Liability
AiBeautyManager is not responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure or internet connectivity issues at the venue. The software is provided 'as is'.
